Open Profile → Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. Any sign-in from the last 10 minutes confirms it’s you; otherwise the app asks you to sign in again.
Delete your Mekat account
You can delete your account in the iPhone app or on mekat.ai at any time. Here’s how, and what happens next.
On mekat.ai
Sign in, open Your Burrow and choose Delete my account. If you haven’t signed in on that browser in the last 10 minutes, we ask you to sign in again first; then one more tap deletes it.

- Your sign-in account: email, first name, password and sign-in methods
- Your trial records and our copy of your plan status
- Your AI feedback and Ask Scout permissions and usage counts
- Feedback notes and Scout reply reports you sent from the app
- Expeditions picks and settings saved with your account
- Your RevenueCat customer record
Your account is blocked right away. Most deletions finish within an hour; accounts that use Sign in with Apple, and anything that needs a manual check, finish within 30 days. A few records that no longer name you, such as payment records, are kept as the Privacy Policy describes.
App Store subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it first in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mekat. A membership bought on mekat.ai ends when your account is deleted, with no automatic refund.

To remove Mekat from your Apple Account too, open iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple, choose Mekat and select Stop Using Apple ID.
