The short version
- Mekat Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. It keeps renewing until you cancel.
- In the app: a 14-day free trial through Apple, then the plan you chose. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid the next charge.
- On mekat.ai (web memberships are not open yet) with a creator’s code or link: a 30-day free trial, then the plan you chose. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the time you already have.
- Deleting the app or your Mekat account does not cancel a subscription.
Plans and prices
In the app, Mekat Premium is sold through the App Store as Weekly ($2.49 USD), Monthly ($7.99 USD) or Yearly ($59.99 USD). The App Store shows the price in your local currency, including any tax, before you buy, and that price applies.
Web memberships on mekat.ai are not open yet. When they open, checkout shows each plan’s price, billing period, currency, any tax and the trial before you pay, and that is the price that applies. Lifetime purchases are not offered.
Free trials
In the app: when you start the free trial through Apple’s subscription screen, you get 14 days free. Apple decides whether your Apple Account is eligible. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the plan you chose starts automatically and your Apple Account is charged for it when the trial ends.
On mekat.ai: if you join with a creator’s code or link, your web membership starts with 30 days free. You enter a payment card at checkout, and checkout shows the date the trial ends and the amount you will then be charged. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose on that date, and the membership then renews automatically. Each person and account can use one free trial.
How renewal works
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period and at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- App Store: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- mekat.ai: your card is charged at the start of each billing period, or when the free trial ends. You receive a receipt by email for each charge.
If we change the price of a web membership, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then. Apple notifies App Store subscribers of price changes under its own rules.
How to cancel
- App Store: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mekat, or from the App Store. You can also manage it at the Apple link below.
- mekat.ai: use the Manage subscription link in any Mekat receipt email, or email support@martinezsolutionsaz.com from the address on your account with “Cancel my membership” in the subject. We cancel it and confirm by email.
Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not charge a fee. You keep Mekat Premium until the end of the trial or period you already have. Your progress stays.
Refunds
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple under Apple’s policies and applicable law. Request one at the Apple link below.
Web memberships bought on mekat.ai do not refund automatically when you cancel, but you can ask for a refund by emailing support@martinezsolutionsaz.com with “Refund request” in the subject. We review each request individually and always give refunds the law requires. A refunded purchase ends the membership time it paid for.
Payment problems
If a renewal payment fails, the store or our checkout provider may retry it for a short time. If it still fails, Mekat Premium ends until payment is fixed. Your progress stays.
Who you are buying from
App Store purchases are sold by Apple under the App Store’s terms. Web memberships are sold by Martinez Solutions LLC through RevenueCat’s hosted checkout, with payments processed by Stripe. Mekat never receives your full card number.
